These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Little Smidgets Creative Classes for Toddlers and Children ("Classes") organized by Little Smidgets. By enrolling in and attending these Classes, you agree to comply with these Terms and any additional rules or guidelines provided by Little Smidgets.

1. Parental Supervision and Responsibility:

1.1. Supervision: Parents or guardians are required to supervise their children at all times during the Classes. Children must not be left unattended.

1.2. Safety and Wellbeing: Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of their children throughout the duration of the Classes. Little Smidgets and its instructors are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur.

2. Class Schedule:

2.1. Regular Classes: The Classes are scheduled to run for one hour on Fridays at 9:30 AM. Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth start to the session.

2.2. School Holiday Events: Little Smidgets may organize special events or classes during school holidays. Information about these events will be announced separately, and specific details, including dates, times, and fees, will be provided at that time.

3. Registration and Payment:

3.1. Registration: To enroll in the classes, parents or guardians must complete the registration process as specified by Little Smidgets.

3.2. Fees: Fees for the Classes and any associated materials or events will be communicated during the registration process. Payment is due according to the terms outlined during registration.

3.3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued only in accordance with Little Smidgets' refund policy, which will be provided separately.

4. Code of Conduct:

4.1. Respect: Participants are expected to treat instructors, other parents, and children with respect and courtesy at all times.

4.2. Behaviour: Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated, and Little Smidgets reserves the right to remove any participant or their child from the Classes without a refund if such behaviour persists.

5. Liability Waiver:

5.1. Assumption of Risk: Parents or guardians acknowledge that participation in the classes involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity and the use of art materials. By enrolling in the classes, you assume these risks on behalf of yourself and your child.

5.2. Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, parents or guardians release Little Smidgets, its instructors, and its staff from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property that may occur during the classes.

6. Photography and Media:

6.1. Consent: Little Smidgets may take photographs or videos during the Classes for promotional or educational purposes. By participating in the Classes, parents or guardians consent to the use of such media.

7. Amendments and Updates:

7.1. Changes: Little Smidgets reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any updates or changes will be communicated to participants.

By enrolling in the Little Smidgets Creative Classes for Toddlers and Children, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
