These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Smodge Creative Sessions ("Classes"), Parties and Get Togethers (“Parties”) and Creative Part Packs (“Packs”). By enrolling in and attending these Classes, and booking a Party or Pack, you agree to comply with these Terms and any additional rules or guidelines provided by Smodge.

1. Parental Supervision and Responsibility:

1.1. Supervision: Where applicable, parents or guardians are required to supervise their children at all times during the Classes and parties.

1.2. Safety and Wellbeing: Where applicable, parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of their children throughout the duration of the Classes and classes. Smodge and its instructors are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur.

2. Schedule:

2.1. Classes: Smodge runs one off events, and specific details, including dates, times, and fees, will be provided at that time. Please arrive promptly at the time advertised to ensure a smooth running of the session.

2.2. Parties: Smodge will arrive at a prearranged time and venue, and stay for the agreed time. Access to the venue is the responsibility of the client.

3. Registration and Payment:

3.1. Registration: To enroll in the classes, book a party or pack, participants must complete the registration process as specified by Smodge.

3.2. Fees: Fees for the Classes, parties, packs and any associated materials or events will be communicated during the registration process. Payment is due according to the terms outlined during registration.

3.3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued only in accordance with Smodge’s refund policy, which will be provided separately.

4. Code of Conduct:

4.1. Respect: Participants are expected to treat instructors and other participants with respect and courtesy at all times.

4.2. Behaviour: Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated, and Smodge reserves the right to remove any participant the Classes without a refund if such behaviour persists.

5. Liability Waiver:

5.1. Assumption of Risk: Participants, parents or guardians acknowledge that participation in the classes involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity and the use of art materials. By enrolling in the classes, you assume these risks on behalf of yourself and your child.

5.2. Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release Smodge, its instructors, and its staff from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property that may occur during the classes.

6. Photography and Media:

6.1. Consent: Smodge may take photographs or videos during the Classes and Parties for promotional or educational purposes. By participating in the Classes, parents or guardians and participants consent to the use of such media.

7. Amendments and Updates:

7.1. Changes: Smodge reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any updates or changes will be communicated to participants.

By enrolling in Smodge Creative Sessions, booking a Party or Pack, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
