This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to the enrolment in Smodge Creative Sessions ("Classes"), Parties and Get Togethers (“ Parties”) and Craft Party Packs (“Packs”) Please read this policy carefully.
1. Refund Eligibility:
1.1. Cancellation by Participant: If you, as a participant, decide to cancel your enrolment in the Classes, or your Pack, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the following conditions:
- Early Cancellation: If you cancel your enrolment more than seven (7) days before the scheduled start date of the Classes, you will be eligible for a full refund of the course fee. If you cancel your order for Packs or Parties more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled event, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- Late Cancellation: If you cancel your enrolment within seven (7) days of the scheduled start date of the Classes, no refund will be provided. If you cancel your order for Packs or Parties less than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled event, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
1.2. Cancellation by Smodge: In the unlikely event that Smodge cancels a Class or event, participants will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid for that specific Class Party or Pack.
2. Refund Process:
2.1. Request for Refund: To request a refund, please contact Smodges in writing at [Contact Information] and provide the necessary details, including the name of the participant, the Class or event details, and the reason for the refund request.
2.2. Refund Approval: Refund requests will be reviewed by Smodge, and eligibility will be determined based on the criteria mentioned in section 1. If your request is approved, Smodge will process the refund within [number of days] business days from the date of approval.
3. Non-Refundable Fees:
3.1. Materials and Supplies: Fees for any materials or supplies provided to participants as part of the Classes, Parties or Packs are non-refundable once the materials or supplies have been distributed.

5.1. No Refunds for Missed Classes: No refunds will be provided for missed Classes or Parties. It is the responsibility of the participant to attend scheduled Classes or Parties.
